Very friendly staff always ready to help u with what u need excellent service.The room was great Breakfast was excellent great chose of food.They have a restaurant there as well Walk out the door and the city is there heaps of shops.Close to the Casino and restaurants and train stations.Great place to stay and I will be staying there again

A lovely hotel in a perfect location. Close to the train station, CAT buses, and other public transport. Raine Square across the road, and a short walk to most attractions in Perth.

The hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly and nice. Helpful to all my queries. The location itself was great right beside the city center and everywhere else is a bus ride away.

The location is very good, close to Perth Underground Station and surrounded by many restaurants. The staff are friendly. The rooms are very well soundproofed and very quiet. However, there is no free parking. Parking is available at Raine Square Wilson Parking — $30 for 24-hour multiple entry or $25 for single entry.

This is a lovely hotel! It's in a bit of an odd building and I feel like it doesn't get the love it deserves. The rooms are older but spacious and clean and the bed is comfortable. The kitchenette is great to have and the hotel itself is central to everything, the train station is only a few hundred metres away and goes straight to the airport. It would be nice if the bra shop out front was a cafe or something, to draw people in, we ended up walking right by the entrance!

What a joy to stay at. Receptionist Shani, always friendly, smiling and checking if everything was ok ( I was staying here while recuperating from shoulder surgery ). Housekeeping Beverly and Melanie, nothing was ever too much trouble, all these ladies assisting me to put up my hair in a ponytail. Dax from the restaurant bringing up my meals, always smiling, and also checking in on me as well. Loved my stay here. 5/5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Perfectly located in the CBD. A very easy walk from the rail underground and more local eateries within walking distance than I could try. The staff are very welcoming and the rooms have been maintained nicely. Very quiet at night. The only downside is the shower water pressure. It is very light.

Located in the very center of Perth, this hotel boasts an excellent location that is truly unparalleled. Upon arriving from Broome, a taxi ride to the hotel was swift and efficient, followed by a quick check-in process. The room featured a thoughtful welcome card and appeared to have been recently upgraded since my last visit, which is commendable. The rooms consistently maintain a high standard of cleanliness. The hotel's restaurant was a pleasant surprise, offering both cleanliness and good quality food. The check-out was prompt, and a taxi was readily available within minutes. This location is simply unbeatable. Having visited for a business trip, I intend to return and will exclusively choose to stay here. My sincere thanks to the team.
